About Us

Our history

 

After years of working in event operations for associations, corporations, and startups, I launched MLH Event Solutions to meet a growing need for flexible, professional support.  Many organizations required high-level expertise but often lacked the staff or structure to deliver it effectively.  Too often, large-scale meetings were managed by overextended admin teams or internal staff who hadn’t received the specialized training for logistics and hospitality. And while some companies had strong in-house teams focused on major conferences, they still needed outside support for board meetings, incentive trips, or one-off events that demanded a higher level of polish and professionalism.


Today, MLH Event Solutions offers two services:

  • Event & Meeting Management – from recurring meetings and retreats to one-time events, we step in as an extension of your team to handle every detail with precision and care.
     
  • Administrative & Payroll Support – reliable back-office help including payroll processing, staff invoicing, and everyday administrative coordination, so you can stay focused on growing your business.
     

With over 20 years of industry experience, I bring trusted expertise to the table, whether leading a multi-day conference, coordinating a single board meeting, or streamlining your internal operations.

About Michelle

I’ve spent my career planning and executing events for associations, corporations, and startups—bringing over two decades of experience with the personal attention of a dedicated contractor and freelancer. I’ve managed everything from multi-day conferences and incentive trips to intimate board meetings and retreats.

Along the way, I discovered that many organizations also need a reliable partner for the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a business running smoothly. Today, I blend those strengths—expert event planning and flexible administrative support—to help teams stay organized, whether it’s coordinating a large conference, managing payroll, or handling day-to-day operations.

My goal is simple: deliver polished, stress-free experiences and give busy leaders the breathing room to focus on what they do best.
